The team presented above has extensive experience in the areas of Civil Law, Labor Law, Administrative Litigation, Tax and Customs, as well as monitoring and providing comprehensive legal advice to companies, from the creation of the company itself, transformation, transfer or assignment of operations, various contracts and other opinions.

This experience is the result of practical work in several simple and complex processes, combined with the fact that its three partner lawyers have been university professors for more than seven years, teaching subjects in Private Law, mainly corporate law.
